A health promotion and wellness workshop that uses goal setting and problem solving as a framework for developing a healthy lifestyle.
In a social atmosphere, a team of peer counselors lead coaching sessions to give seniors the tools and supports to break through new limitations, improve quality of life, and maintain independence.
