In TheCIL's Living Well Program, a team of peer counselors leads coaching sessions to give seniors the tools and support to break through new limitations, improve their quality of life, and maintain independence.

Our health promotion and wellness workshop use goal-setting and problem-solving as a framework for developing a healthy lifestyle.
In a social atmosphere, a team of peer counselors lead coaching sessions to give seniors the tools and supports to break through new limitations, improve quality of life, and maintain independence.
WORKSHOP GOALS

Select and set goals to live well.

Learn to respond to frustration with healthy reactions.

Living Well in the Community
Join our free, 10-week long virtual peer-facilitated health workshop for older adults (aged 55+) to learn the life skills you need to set and achieve quality-of-life goals. Group outings are also included in addition to the weekly workshop sessions over the phone or computer.
